Buybayan is not a courier service provider, However our partner courier company can deliver to all serviceable areas nationwide. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our courier is not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you via SMS and/or email.

Please note that our courier currently doesn’t deliver outside of the Philippines.

Buybayan’s delivery partner are Flash express, Lalamove, and GoGoXpress The delivery service is fully automated. This is to optimize delivery time so your order gets to your doorstep as soon as possible.

YES! Buybayan courier partner can deliver to your office if you have added it as your shipping address in your Address Book.

Unfortunately, Buybayan is currently not offering this option.

BuyBayan Guarantee is a feature that protects buyers and Sellers against fraudulent transactions to keep online shopping and selling safe and easy. It protects users by holding the payment from Sellers until the Buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the Buyer accepts the order, the payment will be released to the Seller. The BuyBayan Guarantee period is calculated based on the Seller’s Days to Ship (DTS), Courier Delivery Time, and the Buyer Confirmation Time (Confirmation of receipt of parcel), which starts from the order creation date. 

Here’s an example of how this can be calculated:

1 (Days to Ship) + 8 (Courier Delivery Time) + 3 (Buyer Confirmation Time) + 4 (Additional days for Return/refund Window) = 16 days

 Seller’s Days to Ship – number of days given to sellers to prepare for delivery

• Courier Delivery Time– the number of days it takes for the order to arrive. Starting from the day Courier successfully picked up the order from the seller and delivered it to the buyer.
• Buyer Confirmation Time – number of days allowed for the buyer to confirm receipt after delivery by clicking the “Order Received” button. Once confirmed, order will shift from “To Receive” tab to “Completed” orders tab. If no confirmation from the buyer was received until the end of the period, the order will automatically be completed.
• BuyBayan Returns Window – if there are any issues with the received item/s or buyer had a change of mind (for eligible items), the buyer can raise a return/refund request within the Buybayan Returns Window (even if the order is already confirmed or in the “Completed” tab)

1. Product quality did not meet Buybayan’s standards

• Item delivered was not what you purchased (e.g. wrong item, does not match description/pictures)
• Item delivered was damaged/defective

        2. Non-receipt of the order

• • Incomplete or missing item, missing accessories/freebies
  • Package delivered is empty or has a fraudulent item
  • The order has not arrived but it’s marked as delivered

         3. Cancelled Order

1. • Seller or Buybayan cancels a paid order.

（2）All kinds of weapons and ammunition

（3）Publications, publicity materials, printed materials, or any material that endangers national security and social and political stability and obscenity

（4）Explosives and hazardous goods

（5）Biochemical products

（6）Radioactive components and containers

（7）Highly toxic chemicals

（8）All kinds of narcotic drugs

（9）Chemical products and infectious items such as animals, organisms, live plants, human body

（10）Items prohibited from circulation, delivery, entry, or exit by national laws, regulations, and political regulations

（11）Identification document, secret letter, or secret documents such as identification card, driver’s license, etc.

（12）Financial documents

（13）Products that cannot be assessed or products that have personal values or that cannot be replaced

（14）Medical samples

The following articles are considered dangerous or hazardous Goods:

(1) Drugs and dangerous drugs;

(2) Illegally forged articles, which are prohibited from circulation or shipment by national laws;

(3) Dangerous goods, explosives, poisons, firearms, ammunition and control equipment;

(4) Oxidants, peroxides, sprayers and flammable materials;

(5) Gases;

(6) Flammable gases;

(7) Non-flammable and non-toxic gas;

(8) Poisonous gas;

(9) Radioactive substances;

(10) Corrosive substances;

(11) Other dangerous substances harmful to human health.

The following articles are considered dangerous or hazardous Goods:

YES! Orders can be delivered during weekends or holidays. Once the order is in transit, you will be able to receive notification. Please double check your shipping address and ensure that you are available upon delivery.

3. Answer all calls from the couriers so you do not miss your delivery!

4. If you are unavailable on the day of delivery, please ensure you have someone authorized to receive your order and provide ID and authorization as proof to ensure a smoother handover of the order.

All payments will be paid to your bank account that you have mentioned in your seller profile.

When you sell an item on https://buybayan.com we will charge a fee of Peso5 per item. The payment for the sale will be reimbursed to the seller once the order is successfully completed and delivered without any issues. This entire process takes up to 7 days but in some cases, it may take more than 7 days.
